Following his Medellin-inspired Air Jordan 3 collaboration, renowned Colombian artist J Balvin unveils a new AJ3 colorway dedicated to his son, Rio, born in 2021. The J Balvin x Air Jordan 3 “Rio” features a sleek black-on-black design with striking sunset-inspired orange gradients.
After the release of the “White Cement Reimagined,” the Air Jordan 3 continues to expand with fresh colorways of Tinker Hatfield's classic design. This latest collaborative Air Jordan 3 marks J Balvin’s fourth project with Jordan Brand, showcasing a more minimalist aesthetic compared to the previous rainbow tie-dye Air Jordan 1 High and cloudy Air Jordan 2. The shoe features rich, subtle storytelling details, including a black leather upper that conceals the AJ3’s iconic elephant print overlays. Orange accents highlight the lace holes, the Jumpman logo on the tongue, and the semi-translucent heel panel.
